Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend, model Justin Gaston , get mobbed by photographers and fans while eating together at Italian restaurant Market City Caffe on Saturday afternoon (March 14) in Los Angeles.
In his new autobiography, "Miles to Go", the 16-year-old Disney star revealed that his heart is called tachycardia, which causes your resting heart beating faster than normal.
"I have the type of tachycardia is not dangerous. Do not hurt me, but it bothers me. There is never a moment on stage when I'm not thinking about my heart," writes Miley.
Miley 's younger sis, Noah spent the afternoon with dad Billy Ray, and the dogs walked with him. Noah showed his big brother Trace proudly wearing a shirt that says, "I (heart), the subway station." Metro Station is Trace 's band.
